All warranty claims will require customer to contact us first for "WRN" (Warranty requiring number). Please have your sale receipt and the SERIAL NUMBER of the defective item(s) handy.

OpticSpice only covers return shipping (to end-using customer) within Canada, with shipping insurance covers the value up to 100 Candian Dollars.

Opticspice do accept oversea order from the countries which does not have sanctions imposed by Government of Canada .

Opticspice will not be responsible for any fees and process(permits, documents, brokerage,ext) of export. 

All orders outside of Canada will require customer to contact us for shipping quote before ordering.

US customer: some of our items are under ITAR control, can not be directly ship back to us(OpticSpice) even if there is a warranty claim arise.

Opticspice will not be responsible for the process of brokerage, documents, fees, storage and other international shipping service regards to the warranty claim outside of Canada.
